My goal, as you may already know, is about running. I started running this year by joining the cross country team and
I enjoyed it a lot. As a result, I've decided that I want to become a better runner, and that using my goal of becoming a
better runner for my wellness plan project could only help me get better. There are more details about my goal and how I will
achieve it which can be found on the "Goal" page.
Also, I will show how my goal fits in to the three categories in the health triangle (physical, mental, and social),
talk about how my goal will benefit me as an individual, and summarize an article about running. This information can be found

This site was made in a desperate attempt to be the least bit creative and because I lack the skills to make an attractive
looking poster. Haha. It is also much more convenient to not have to print everything out and organize it on a poster.
I know that the site isn't the most attractive thing to look at and that it has a very small amount of pictures, but due to
time restrictions, I decided to use a pre-made format instead of coding it myself.
